Mindful eating to me is in essence all about experiencing the senses while planning, prearing and tasting meals, making this- a blissful healing experience...

 

Being mindful includes be conscious as to where the food we consume comes from, and how it was prepared.  

 

I believe Mother Nature gave us all the foods, herbs, and spices we need for optimum health. 

 

Foods, herbs, and spices in its natural form and preferrably organic will yield the highers nutritional benefits.

 

 

Our State of Mind also affects how we digest and metabolize food.
